I bought a vn commodore which has a after market alarm/immobilizer installed it is all wired into the loom I thing as it has a bonnet touch sensor going straight into the loom. When I use the remote to lock my doors it makes a activation noise but then goes off by itself at any given time!! Pretty annoying as I've had to lock the car manually all the time then get in the car and activate and deactivate the alarm to start the car. Has anyone had this problem and if not is there anyway to make it less sensitive or to disconnect it?
