aibag light on

gday fellas

i have a vx ss that i recently bought and has the airbag light on the dash and that annoying chime/warning buzzer comes on everytime you start it
the previous owner told me it was left hand seat belt stalk that was faulty so i had my mate that works at a wreckers here in perth W.A have a look at it he put it on one of those scanners and it came up with the left hand side seat belt stalk is faulty so we changed it he cleared it apparently but it keeps coming up. just wondering if anyone knows what i can do or if we are doing anything wrong. he is pretty cluey but he might not have done something right

Do your front seats have a rip or tear in em. Or collapsed in the corner whr u get in and out. Mine was doin the same and we found it to be whr I got in and out, the right side of the seat had collapsed. We couldn't notice it just felt it.
