So I'm replacing my alternator and starter motor wiring however I'm a tad confused about something...
The way I see things is you have your positive power cable from your battery to your starter and then the violet wire from your start relay to your starter solenoid, with the brown wire from the alternator running to the battery light through the same plug as the solenoid wire. However according to VT wiring diagram schematics, there's also a white wire running from the starter relay to the solenoid, I dont recall seeing/removing it?
Could anyone shed some light as to where and what this wire does/is there for?
Cheers
