With VT the BCM and PCM have to be linked. It requires the use of the Tech 2 diagnostic tool. Maybe give a Holden dealer a call tomorrow and see what they will/can do for you. They may have a mobile unit that can come to you and avoid a towing fee. Otherwise, and depending on what functionality you require of the BCM, the VATS can be written out of the PCM - not by a Holden dealer though.
I have some recollection that the BCM/PCM/instrument cluster have to be unlinked before they are removed from the donor vehicle so they can be linked in the recipient vehicle. You might like to ask about that also.
