Look on ebay for usb cigarette plugs, you can get ones with 2 usb plugs.

This is the one i have used before...
JayCars - IP67 USB Socket
When you say you want USB? i do guess you mean only for charging purposes right?
Using the above/linked plug you can then just connect a 7805 or something along those lines to the red/black wires to provide a clean 5v's
