VR Crankshaft sensor

Hi all,
I'm changing my VP engine for a VR.
I'm using the VP engine loom and computer.
My question, is the cranksharf sensor the same or will it work with this VP setup??
Plug and play??
Any other sensors need changing or are they the same??
Leaving the camshaft sensor unplugged.
Any info would be great.
