removal of computer vk : wires in-active

gday all,

if the computer has been removed does this mean the wires are now in-active or can they still be used to tap into from other sources???

Some wires will only have power applied or earth to them from the computer, others will still be connected to battery power or an earth. You'd really have to have a wiring diagram or check one by one by colour and with an Ohmeter to figure out what is what.

What did you have in mind for them?

well i rewired my engine bay and used the starter solanoid wire and tapped it into the big purple wire from the main wires at this section of firewall and i have all reds and ignition but nothing happens after that. but im positive this is the right connection
