VY EXEC parker lights not worrking...?

Heres the situation, i noticed a while back that my parker lights werent working but didnt think much of it as i could still use my headlights. but 2 days ago my R/H side headlight blew so it was time for replacements.

i brought a Narva headlight and parkers kit and installed them< but still the parkers wont work...

i looked under the drivers side dash and seen there is a parkers relay, would that be my problem or could it be a fuse?

You could eliminate the fuse by putting another one in. Relay, well swap it with another and see, or it may be the black connector thing. Are they LED lights the parkers by any chance? If so, they only work by putting positive and negative in the right spot.
