VS Commodore stop light swtich

Hey all,
Well it seems that both my brake lights dont wana work so ive gone out and bought a new switch for $10. Only problem is Ive looked under my dash and I cant find it...help!!!

It's usually right up the top of the brake lever.
There is a picture on the first page of this thread. It's for a VR. I don't know if they are the same.

On a VN its right up the top of the brake lever too, not fun to get to it either, you'll find it you just have to get in a more uncomfortable position
