Engine loom to main body harness plugs, are they the same on VN V6 and V8?

I have fitted my new (yes brand spankers new) VN V8 engine loom to my 4wd but my wiring to the fuses/relays/batteries is also burnt out and in need of replacement. My question is about the engine loom to main body harness plugs. Are they the same between a V6 and V8? or does the V8 have a different set of plugs? If they are the same I will go to a wrecker tomorrow and get a set of plugs and make a new plug and play loom. If not I'll buy a plug and play loom off ebay because no wreckers around here have V8 looms.

I can "fix it" to work without the plugs but I want this one neat and tidy. I don't need a full wiring harness, thanks for the offer anyway, I just need the correct plugs.
