Where is the internal fuse block ???

Hi all,
Just picked up a lovely 2001 Statesman to replace the 1996 VS (RIP)
Does anyone know where the internal fuse block is?
Spent ages looking - need to replace the fuse on the cigarette lighter so my sat nav works
Glove box manual says it is on the right of the steering and I will be damned if I can find it
