Can anyone tell me exactly what model car this ecu is from?

Walkinshaw didn't have a vn, so likely it isn't...

It was used in the Walkinshaw, also the VN-VP 5.0L. The only way to tell which tune is used is to get in to it with the appropriate software.

$5D is the most common
$DB is the Walkinshaw tune
