Vr 304 auto engine loom converting to manual

Hello I'm currently putting an injected 304 vr engine into a gq patrol using a marks adaptor kit so maintains the patrol driveline
Can I use a vr auto engine loom and computer and modify them to suit a manual?
If anyone knows how to or can do the work or knows someone that can $$ tobe made please let me know
Kills kustom kables do it but I can't wait 3 weeks, i really need to get it done by the end of the week

It will run but the ecu will constantly be in Limp Home Mode as there will be no auto for it to read.

I ran my vs statesman on the auto ecu after I changed it to manual and it never once went into limp home mode..

How did it drive with auto computer? As my motor has rockers cam and a bit of head work when buying an updated memcal to suit do I get an auto or manual memcal?

Mine drove perfectly normal. Very rarely the idle would stick at around 1000rpm at the lights but other than that it was fine.
