Hey guys, myself and a mate are completely up s*#t creek thanks to a budget-arse roll of duct-tape that we used to group and label a collection of individual wires removed from the main engine bay fuse/relay box [pushed them all out from underneath] unravelled off each group completely; leaving us with a big pile of spaghetti. To make matters worse, the photos we took to make the reassembling job easy have now magically gone awol *#$@%^@@ christ! So, what diagram would we need to plug all the wires we pushed out of the plastic holster back again? I can’t believe what a muppet fest this has become. Thanks for any thoughts / diagrams etc. Cheers, Team Muppet

In relation to the relays that have 2 of the same coloured wires. They are the same wire.
Also you will find that Black/White and Black/Yellow will be earth wires.

Haha, you're a legend Nut Kracker - well, at least it's a start and I can go from there and see what's left; hopefully when there is less spaghetti i'll be able to get to the bolognese easily enough. Cheers mate

It wouldn't hurt to have a test light and a multi meter in you arsenal to check you have the correct wires.
There's no second chance if you connect the wrong wire.

Best thing you could do is go to a wreckers and get a fusebox with the loom or cut it right before the fuse box, I did a Vy dash conversion on my Vu, unpinned everything to get through fire wall, had another loom I wasn't using (same model) and copied that.

Yeah, think you're right mate, out of the relay list supplied above - we only got three confirmed *ouch*! Are all fuse/relay boxes the same [I wouldnt think so?], as in, can I get any old vy setup...mine is a VY II Calais LS1, so I imagine i'd have to get the same; which will be a real pain. In the meantime, is there anywhere I can get a complete list like Nut Krackers incomplete one / or an alternative method we could use?

Also, does anyone want to have a stab at the following possible combinations:

85% certainty [tape was still semi-attached]

Black [thick wire]
Yellow [thick wire]
Yellow/Black [small wire
Orange [medium wire]

Orange/Yellow [thick]
Orange/Black [med]
Black/Red [med]
Dark Blue/White [small]

50% chance:

Black/Red [thick]
Pink [med]
Red [med]
Orange/Black [med]

Thanks for everything so far - super desperate for any further help, Cheers guys
