Vg ute

HI all,

My son just bought a VG Ute 1991 without me looking at it!!!
The car has some electrical problems and I am a little stumped.
It would appear that it has a VN calais instrument panel and it also has cruise and trip computer.
The fuel gauge, Speedo and Temp gauge are not working.
Can someone tell me is there a controller/computer that runs all those as with the later models (BCM)??

Any one who has a wiring diagram that shows those components are welcome to send it or post...

The fuel and temp gauges would possibly be the voltage regulator inside the cluster - a level 1 or level 2 cluster should work without issue (if the voltage regulator has been re soldered.) If it's been converted to 5 speed manual the speedo may not have been connected up properly.

The speedo signal feed is the purple white wire.

The fuel gauge is a tan wire and the temp gauge is a dark green wire.
