My 02 VY Calais won't blow any air out any vents, it doesn't matter what fan setting i have it on nothing comes out.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks

Kieran.

Check your fan speed resistor, it is located behind the glovebox

When you say it wont blow air out of any of the vents. Do you mean the fan is working and the vents seem blocked,
or the fan isn't working at all.

I can't hear the fan working at all Nut Kracker

Well....it's unlikely it'll be the resistors as the 4th speed by passes them and runs through the blower relay.
If the relay and fuse are good, it may be the fan motor it's self.
Try wiring up the motor directly to the battery, by passing the car's wiring and see if it works.
Other than that, see my "How To" in post #3 of this thread.

By the way. The resistors will get hot but if the fan motor is cactus it can damage the resistors if the fan switch is left on at the lower speed settings for too long.
