Fuel gauge problem

When I fill the car up the fuel gauge takes about 10 minutes to go from empty to full. Any one come across this before.

I'd say it's a faulty sender unit.

Many cars do it. My VT does it... My Prado does it and the Ka is instantaneous. Mind you it's fuel gauge bounces all over the place!

Yeah, my old EF Falcon was slow too, but not that slow.
It shouldn't take 10 minutes to go from empty to full.

Think you might find it doesn't take 10minutes. But sure as hell feels like it.

Seems normal to me, not 10 mins, but takes a while.

Mine usually is pretty fast, but if i fill up from a 3/4 tank, then its slow.
