parker lights only working when high beam activated and high beam lights do not work

hi all I have a wiring/ lighting problem with my 02 vx series 2 sedan my parkers do not work at all but when high beam lights are activated I have high beam off the main bulb and a high beAm parker light but the main high beAm light towards middle of light assembly doesn't work at all any help guys n gals

Erm, have you confirmed the bulbs are ok? Both parkers and inner high beams? If ok, check fuses in engine bay then under dash.

Do your tail lights work?
They are activated by the Park lamp Relay.
It could be the head lamp or high/low beam switches that are faulty.
