Hey all.
Over the last few days, the back light in the led odometer display has been intermittently going on and off.
It has a blue Led in it which I know is good.
I have changed it over to other Leds and also to normal filament globes to eliminate that problem, but it still exists.
I have also changed the bulb holder and checked all connections to the best of my ability.

Does anyone have a clue as to where that light gets its power from, as it is always on when the ignition is on?
Am I correct in assuming that it's a direct feed from the ignition or the light switch?

Thanking you in anticipation......

not sure where it receives power from but start looking for dry joints or cracks on the circuit board.

Dunno the wiring colour, but can sort that out using the diagram and also checking the pins
Yes large pic

If all the contacts are clean, then yes as Tasmaniak mentioned, might be wise to check out for any dry solders.

This is a pic of the connector harness.

Well, I didn't get a chance to pull the cluster out to check it again, but I was in and out of
the car all day today and the damn light worked perfectly.

I wont touch it unless it goes out again.
Having said that, I bet it doesn't work in the morning.
