VX Dash cluster change

Hi Guys, Im new here so dont rag on me for asking a question that has probably been asked before.
I want to change my std dash cluster, VT 3 window display, to a better looking one that I got off Ebay.
Its also 3 window display, but has grey faces and silver insert around the dials.
Difference is that it has temp warning light, (as well as the temp guage), and gear position indicators around the speedo dial.
Is this an easy swap, or a nightmare in the making.
Any help would be great.

Also may have to get it calibrated to your car using tech2 tool
As for the gear selector, unsure if will work straight off. Mine did. Others needed work to do.
