Good afternoon, all. Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with the "Ultimate Wiring Kit". I'm keen to do a complete re-wire on my VH, and came across it on the net. I've spoken to the guy who makes them and it sounds really good, as far as DIY goes. Plus it's Aussie made. Any thoughts?

Cheers

Nice and simple system.... on the flip side, I found it to be a little too simple. For hot rods and old classics it'd be great but found my self adding a lot of things.

That's exactly what I wanted to hear. It's a VH. So there's nothing fancy about it. And I won't be running injection, so it sounds like a good option. I think I just need to have a good hard think about what I need so they can customize it for me.

Thanks for your help Tasmaniak

I actually found it a bit simple even for VH. But then I tend to go overboard. Keep in mind, the unit I was given only allowed for one speaker, no central locking and no power windows. I don't know what options they offer as my customer supplied it but much swearing and cursing was happening. Lol

I can imagine. It sounds like the customer must've just bought the basic option. When I spoke to the guy who makes them, he said they can add everything you require, if you request it when you order the kit.
