So currently im going to be painting my bay, hiding all the wiring and also wiring my new ecu.

so im thinking of placing the coil packs where my heater box was and have included a picture of what i will be doing.

Now just thinking if it will cause any problems with my ecu wiring for the engine harness or if the stereo will have any dramas.

Got fancy and gave a diagram of what im thinking.

that way leads will be hidden only visible at back of firewall and also harness will be hidden by throttle body.

If you plan to get it registered you may require a working heater for road-worthy - check your local transport authority for details.

I don't think you'll have a problem.
Just make sure all the leads are well away from any other electrical sources.
You could shield the coil's leads by covering them in a tightly woven metal braid. The tighter the weave on the braid, the better the shield.
The braid acts as a shield and stops electrical interference from escaping from the lead.
I works in the same way as coaxial cable does.
You will also notice better quality RCA leads also have this shielding. This shield stops electrical interference from entering the cable and causing interference.

Blower demister function is a roadworthy requirement, in NSW at least.
