Hey buddy. You will need to start checking things with a multimeter or test light.

Is there power at the fuse?
Is there power at the relay?
If you bridge the pins on the relay, will it start then?

If yes to those three then you have a computer problem. Most likely an important sensor. I would think CAS

A multimeter and/or a test light is your friend in these circumstances.

Further to what Tas suggests, try to isolated the fault by probing the wire/s at different points along the loom.

When you put the loom in, maybe you pinched a wire somewhere, or there is a faulty connection;
such as at the relay, fuse, at any connecting plugs and sockets and at the pump itself.

And also the vp loom that goes to the computer has one extra plug but there wasn't one on the vr loom
