Wiring of powered struts using the GM VE Loom 0034

Hi this is my first post, but have been an avid reader recently. I have a VE 2010 Redline ute , I put a Maloo hard cover on, but to lock the lid I chose to use some powered struts ( Auto Remote Hard Lid). I needed additional parts for the Hard lid and it also came with a Loom 0034 kit. Has anyone used the powered struts - how best to wire them ?
