I have a genuine GMH tow bar fitted to my commodore. I have recently retired my trailer and noticed the lights do not work unless the trailer is on the hitch. At first I thought it was an earthing problem but after chick in both the trailer and the car this is not so. I even ran a new earth directly from the battery to the car plug without success. Could someone please tell me if this is a computer thing or not?
