Help Holden VT Engine to dash Loom (I think)

When i installed my headunit or my sub, when i was running the power cable i ran it through the i think its the main firewall underneath the driver side and to get it through i had to drill, and i think i remember hitting the look because i took the drill off and it looked like there was plastic coming off, and then after that the blower fan and air con and heating stopped working. It's the one underneath the driver seat where the pedals are up the back and it looks like its coming from the engine to the dash..

Would it be able to be patched or would it need to be replaced, and how much would it cost to patch and how much to replace?
