removing plastic covers

hi,
i've got a 94 vr and am running the leads from my amp to battery and cd player, im running them under the plastic things where the carpet is tucked under near the doors. does anyone know how to get the plasic things off?? would b a big help

You will need to remove the rubber strip that runs along the length of the plastic cover. Then squeeze the cover so that you close up the gap where the rubber strip was. Should come off easy enough. Happy wiring.
