VS starting problem

My VS has an intermitent starting problem. Every couple of weeks the car
wont start. You can hear the solenoid come in and out but the engine doesnt
crank. After turning the ignition on and off a lot of times the cars finally starts.
This problem lasts for a day or two then goes away for a few weeks. The
battery tests fine and the alternator voltage is about 14v. Any suggestions
would be appreciated.

wont start when its cold or hot? have u checked for error codes, could be crank angle sensor

happens hot or cold . Checked errors codes all fine there. Its just strange
that it happens for a day or two then its fine for weeks.

The solenoid contacts need replacing or you have a loose batt terminal., get it to play up and have someone hold on crank and see if you have power comming out of the big terminal closest to starter motor (wire going into motor on starter).
