VS 12V cigarette lighter not working (no voltage)

Hey all,

My VS's cigarette lighter isnt working as theres no power in the wires.

I presume its due to a dead fuse or something.... Where is the fuse for the cigarette lighter located? I cant find it in the fusebox at the bottom left which contains the fuses for ignition, high beams, etc.

fuses are in the panel underneath the steering wheel
