Couple of inline pumps or gradually reduce the size of the pipe, that'd be easiest, then put a tip with a really fine hole on it. Easy. But why.

Heh. You could be like the Fast and the Furious... Or is it Too Fast, too Furious... and hook up a 240 volt inverter with a fog machine in the boot, run some piping and press a button and get some fog spitting out the sides. It does look cool but only if your car is half decent and riced up, meaning a Jap car.

NOS all the way, in the fast and the furious the purge solenoids are pointing across the windscreens, in 2 fast 2 furious the purge solenoids shoot sideways out of the front wheel gaurds etc on the R32 skyline.

Easy answer here is that you cant compress water no matter how hard you try.

As for the water spray, ues a garden watering kit tip available at any hardware, there are different patterns etc.
