LED Brake - T/Light globe problem

hey all,

i have just put in led tail/brake light globes into my my ute and it appeared to all be sweet until had my cruise control on at dusk and decided to switch my headlights on and my cruise cut out. everything works like normal until my lights are on then my cruise wont work... any suggestions on how to fix it without putting the original globes back in? i mean it could be all pure coincedence and my cruise not workin not be related to the LEDS but seeing that was my last electrical mod and it happened right after i did it thatswhat im assuming is the problem.

This has happened to someone else on here, the smiley guy with the thumbs up pic as his avatar. It was related to the resistance of the led's, you may have to run a couple of resistors to have the correct resistance on the wiring, or it could be the opposite, too much resistance so with led's the cruise thinks the brakes are on and it won't activate. I think his problem was the glove box light, and all he did was wire in a standard globe and hide it.
