Indicator Fault

Hey Guys,

I have a 97 vs v6 manual ute, every time i press the brakes the passenger side indicator comes on. I've checked all the fuse's and globes and they all seem fine.

Is this a common prob ? if so is there an easy fix or do i need to go see an auto elec ?

it sounds like an earth problem to me , there may be a small amount of corrosion under or around where the globe sits in the light, if there is just give it a light scuff up with some sand paper to remove corrosion
