VZ Towbar Project

I have just fitted a towbar to my VZ Wagon and now need some advice on fitting a wiring loom to run the trailer lights.
Does any one know where and how I find the connector in the existing wiring so that I can install the new loom and where do I put the fitting on the end of the lead to receive the trailer plug.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Mine is a flat cable that is curled up in the right hand enclosure in the panel behind the rear wheel arch...so there no plug etc visible normally and cause its flat the door will slam against it if you have it hooked up to a trailer...this setup is factory

Thanks for that. The junction box for the loom is fixed in behind this storage spot, but the whole side panel had to come off to give me access. I also had to run a seperate wire from the left blinker along past the spare wheel spot ( mine has a gas tank here) and back to the loom.
All went well.
