VR - Blinkers buzzing noise and car stalling

Hey everyone

I have a weird problem with my VR, one day I was coming up to a set of lights and put my right blinker on to turn, then there was a buzzing noise from behind my steering wheel and the car stalled. I then went to put my hazards on and it buzzed again and the hazard lights did not come on, so i turned them off and back on again and they worked.

So yesterday I turned the hazard lights on while the car was running, it then again made the buzzing noise from the blinker unit and stalled, what could the problem be? any help would be appreciated.
