ex chaser vy

hey there, i was wondering if any1 can help me, ive got a vy ss ex chaser, where the fuses are under the steering column, where the blinker relay should be, are 4 wires coming out and connected to a small black box, does any1 know if this is to do with the cops having the alternating blinkers?, i wanna know if i should replace it with a normal relay to suit.

yeah it was the lights that the police had installed in the car.
i think you should be right just replacing it with a normal relay

my acclaim is ex nsw police which had the alternating headlights too (being unmarked anything that flashes helps) but I dont have that setup?

a mate has a vt ex chaser in adelaide and it still has little red and blue bulbs in the headlights that flash, all the ****s still there , its awesome
