the alloytech is still fairly new to this kind of thing, you might be better of going witht he ecotec, alot more is known and availible for these.
hi there, have just started building a ve speedway car with a 195kw alloy tech, i was wondering if anyone has any info engine wat is done to a alloy tech to get them goin, cam grinds, has anyone taken the variable timming away, just any ifo would be helpful as not many people no about alloy tech engiens and wat gets horsepower out of them

have a look over in the states. they've been out for a while and tehy're making reasonable power from them.

What class specifications do you have to follow, is there any in the class that you are in.
As this will depend on how far the modifications can go.
Give me a little more information on the car you are running, eg direct drive, or does it have a clutch etc etc...what rpm range will you be working in, gear ratio's, approx weight, ecu modifications allowed...what fuel, are you running pump fuel or methanol.
