I always use to use a dyno dynamics roller before, i was never happy with the nurling on the rollers, and tyre slip is more prone on high powered cars due to this.
I also dont believe in entering weather station figures into a dyno, hence i purchased an automatic weather station. Other things like, they dont install fans in the dyno bed to keep the retarders cool, there bluetooth plays up alot on the later models, and even thou you own a dyno of there brand, if youve got any problem with the software or whatever, they always want a credit card to charge, before they start talking. Also ramp rates and power figures dont seem to be as accurate as a mainline.
That my experiences with that brand of dyno, hence why ive gone mainline.
As for cost, basically no change out of $90K, i could have saved a few $K by going less options, but when you tune and spend alot of time on drag cars and high horsepower street cars, why have a dyno that cant do everything you need.
