LS1 Drag Nationals

Just a update for the guys that have been asking how we went over at the nats, it worked out to be a sucess, for a few of the cars i look after.

First of all the Drag Monaro i look after & tune, we ran 180MPH which is continuosly setting new bench marks in Australia with a Vortec supercharger.

With this MPH, we have calculated the cars approx ET achieveable, 7's wont be to far away, a few more test sessions, and we hope to see that 7.

A cam only and NOS car, ran a 11.2@127mph, in full weight, and complete exhaust, this vehicle was also running a tow bar, and alot more extra weight.

So for 10K these days a 10 second pass is achieveable at full weight.

The cam and NOS car was my car. It ran perfectly all weekend and was raced exactly as I drive it every day apart from slicks and front runners. The car was also ran on pump fuel and it weighed in at 1770 with me in the car. I will get a 10sec pass out of it next time as this was my first time ever at the drag strip.
A big thanks for Brad and Cathryn from Enhanced Automotive here in Adelaide for all their help and late nights to get the car ready for the nats I couldn't have done it without them

Congratulations to Brad and Col, you both made us VERY proud.

Some nice photos, but seeing you in action Brad was much better.

When you make it down to Adelaide maybe we can have a night of showing us how to do all this stuff! LOL we would have no idea.

Yes the Monaro is running ALOT better now that Brad has been tuning it this year. We will see even better ET times once they get over to Sydney. Heathcote is merely a test and tune track.
