Mail Order Tune?

Hi there.. a few questions..
1. MAF vs MAFLESS: MAF retains the sensor, MAFLESS removes the sensor.. correct?
2.Are the mail order PCM's basically stock ones that customers have sent back to you when they have purchased your mail order ones, and you edit them and then sell them?
3. What sort of rwkw gain am i looking at?
4. Are there any specials at current?

MAFLESS tune, gives the ability to remove the sensor from the vehicle.

the PCM's workon a change over basis, this allows the customer to get a mod, without the car being of the road, whilst we wait for shipping.

rwkw gain, will all depend on modifications you have already approx 15kw gain.

at this very moment there are no specials on the mailorder tune

hey brad,

just curious, with the tune you did to my car, if the batt goes flat or someone works on the car and disconnects the battery, does the car lose the memory of the tune?

I would be saying no cause the tune is like what you had before the tune its a programmed computer chip/processor so no matter if you take the power away from it it still stays there.. your factory tune was ok with no power to it???????? YES

The answer is no, it doesn't lose the tune. Think about it, the mail order tune gets sent to you without any power connected to it...

When disconnecting the battery, it will not loose the tune what so ever, that is burnt to the PCM.

Had my car dynoed today... pulled 253.7rwkw (i have Brads mail order mafless tune). I had a look at other dyno sheets from their other cars which were around 230-240rwkw and their cammed cars around 280rwkw, so dyno seems conservative enough. Just want to say thanks for the great tune Brad. The guys at the dyno place said air/fuel ratios were very good and they said it was a very good result from a mail order tune.
