Hi guys,

I'm visiting another country at the moment and I am thinking of buying rims from here. The thing is I don't know anything about rims and I don't think any shop here would know what a Holden is. So can you guys tell me exactly what I am meant to say about the rim specifications I am looking for? I want to buy 19" rims for my VX Berlina, but all the designs here come in various stud patterns, widths, tyre sizes, etc. So what do I tell the store person so that they know what rims and tyres would suit my car? Any help would be much appreciated.

As the title says, I am looking at a VT Series 2 SS. Overall the car is in good nick.

However, when I test drove it last night I noticed some minor things that weren't right. If anyone could let me know if they are common, cheap and easy to fix, and maybe even if they are a roadworthy item, that'd be great.

- Leather steering wheel is discoloured and smooth
- Plastic trim on the rear of the passenger seat is loose
- Air con switch light stays on,even when air con is off
- Scraping noise coming from rear (maybe handbrake)
- T/bar shifter is sticking/binding when putting into drive (not the gearbox)

Seems like a lot, but they're all small things.
Cheers,
Sam

Hey thanks for reading :P BTW its a VN S1 Auto

Ok whats happening is that when i rev the car in neutral to redline (the only reason i do that is to check wether or not the car is going to play up or not.) it will stop at around 4000rpm and start to miss.

When in drive if i give it anymore then 75% throttle it will act as if i were to put my foot on the clutch in a manual, and the car wont let any power to the wheels.

I have brand new sparkplugs, leads, set of coil/dfi of a vy commodore, memcal swap. Aall of this was swapped AFTER i experienced the problems so all of this is not to blame.

Could it be the CAS? The only other issue i have with the car (besides the RATTLES!!!!!! lol) is that when its hot its hard to start. Where as in the mornings starts first go. I am pretty sure that is a CAS related issue, but could that also be whats causing my WOT- high revving miss issue??

Thanks guys/gals :)

PS! - I should also mention that i have ALWAYS received a code 13.. or 14 i cant remember now.. the one regarding O2 sensor low voltage for 30secs.. Tried 3 different memcals and 3 difference 02 sensors and it still pops up!
