Default Cold Air Intake

Hi all'

Does mounting the cold air intake under the guard create problems
in wet weather? Filter clogging etc.

I doubt the Type-S CAI will fit a VS (i'd be half interested in one myself if it did).. the Holden VS S/C CAI has no problems with wet weather.

No, VN is different engine, different intake routing.

Only fits VS-VY Ecotec and Supercharged V6's.

Oh ok.. I thought it was only different up to the bottom of the airbox.. and that the airbox top and rest stayed the same.

Other way around, bottom airbox is the same, top airbox and ducting is different.

Fit will post you the goodies no problems at all. Very easy to DIY with clear instructions. The only thing is you need is a tune if you go intercooled.
