300kW = Ported M90 + Intercooler + 19psi Pulley
Today we Set a new Standard for the Factory M90 Supercharged V6 !!
Yes, fella's, we are proud to report in a Massive Day of Development Testing we have finally reached our Factory M90 supercharged V6 S/C Dream Goal of 300kW Unopened !!
Officially we have 300kW at the Flywheel on an Un-Opened M90 Supercharged V6 with FIT Bolt-Ons Only !!
Modification List to Achieve 300KW Un-Opened
- FIT A2A Intercooler
- FIT Design5 Ported M90
- FIT Machined Snout
- FIT 19psi Pulley
- FIT 1.97HYBrid Rockers
- FIT/Kalmaker MAP Software
- FIT/Pacemaker 1 3/4" Extractors
- FIT 3" Single Cat Back Exhaust
- FIT Cat's Section
This has all been achieved with:- Stock Cam
- Stock Heads
- Stock Stroke
- Stock Factory L67
- Stock 3.08 Diff Non-LSD
- Stock Auto Transmission
- Stock Stall Converter
- Aussie Factory M90
- Stock Fuel Rail
- Stock Injectors
- Stock Fuel Pump
This is also on Standard Pump Fuel (BP Ultimate 98+RON Premium Unleaded)
Scope for 310-320kW Un-Opened
- FIT/PB 5% Over-Drive Balancer
- Race Fuel VP16
- Undisclosed Prototypes
Then We're heading for 350kW with:
- Heads
- Cams
- Bigger Blowers
We have already run a 12.7sec @ 108mph with this combo with stock auto transmission, stock 3.08 Diff Non-LSD and massive traction problems.
Low 12's will be achieved on our next outing, then it's off to get 3.46:1 Diff Gears with LSD, followed by 2,800rpm Hi-Stall and stickier rubber.
We are quietly confident we will see an 11sec pass Un-Opened
Scope for 10's with further more radical modifications.
So the 300kW Barrier has been well and truely conquered.
We are now Setting our Goals on 350kW and beyond
Regards
Tonsta

Yes we would definitely like to be going as quick as Dane - ICULKN, that thing is damn fast !!
We have very similar ingredients to Dane so we hope to be able to get close to his time
Best Regards

positivly sick results from an unopend motor. well done. i note in your list of mods that your are using kalmaker software to tune the standard delco ecu using a MAP tune instead of MAF. As one of the industry leaders in s/c / V6 modification could you explain why you have done this.

We kept the existing MAF due to most VS-VY V6's having MAF and Delco as stock equipment.
We try to stick to as much of the factory stuff as possible and only change things when really required.
This way it keeps the costs down and keeps the car as legal as possible.
Hope this helps.
