For those of you that don't know we are:

Forced Induction Technologies - FIT (for short)

We manufacture, produce, and wholesale performance enhancing products for your Commodore V6 engines. Although primarily our product line-up suits the Ecotec onwards V6's, we are now starting to provide components for the earlier Buick Style V6's as well (mainly focusing on turbo kits).

What we will be trying to achieve with this section is keep you up to date with our latest discoveries, developments, and achievements in the V6 arena.

We have already outlined some key reports which will be posted soon, under the follwoing topic headings:

of these we have decided it would be good for you to give us some feedback about what you would like to see next as a product. If there is enough call for it, we will see what we can do about producing them.

Hello and Welcome to FIT

FIT is an abbreviation for Forced Induction Technologies an association of www.v6supercharged.com.au

Forced Induction Technologies (FIT) is a WA, Perth based Company that was established 3 1/2 years ago as a private development workshop that sought to test and trial performance enhancing products for supercharged V6's. Once it was determined there was performance to be gained from the products and enough future in establishing a dedicated V6 Institution the company was officially registed in September 2002.

FIT is run by 6 full-time and part-time staff, who mainly work behind the scenes in providing finance, managment decisions, accounts, despatch. Most of the FIT representation you will see is via myself Tonsta (Tony), as I am the primary Technical Sales person. Any questions you have can be directed via me and I will send them through to the right department and get back to you with an answer usually within 24hours.

Primarily designated as being a Research and Development company, FIT soon branched off into designing and manufacturing via networking with several professionals and specialists in the field. As a follow on wholesaleing and distributing V6 Performance parts to all regions of Australia and New Zealand flowed into the equation. Just recently FIT has also completed it's first sales negotiation to the United States of America, for a few of it's latest products and developments.

FIT runs a private workshop that due to the sensitivity of the intellectual property from their research and development work, expensive tools, machinery and testing equipment, is not accessable to the general public. Installation of FIT products is therefore done via recommended and authorised FIT workshops, such as Chipmaster in Maddington and Mark's Workshop in York. These are the WA based workshops, we are currently negotiating with other Eastern States based workshops to become part of the FIT network.

FIT is here to stay and has a strong and prosperous future outlined to build and grow on their performance parts range for V6 Commodores. Recent developments have also seen FIT being able to increase their product line to include components for Ecotec V6's as well as the Supercharged V6's they primiarily focused on.

An abbreviated list of performance parts distributed by FIT are:

- 1.9:1 High Ratio Roller Rockers
- Air-to-Air Intercooler

- Turbo Manifolds for VN through to VY Commodores

FIT accrued instant Fame when their 440kW VT Turbo Test Mule demolished the competition at the CCCWA Dyno Day held at Mark's Workshop in York, by a full 46kW in front of the nearest competitor.

Also reknowned for it's blistering 1/4 mile pace, the heavy full bodied VT V6 Turbo Test Mule has already achieved 12.01 sec 1/4 mile status at over 120mph, on it's every day street tyres. We now have some slicks lined up, so watch this space for future updates, as 11 sec's are guaranteed.

FIT are regular advertisers in Street Commodores Magazine, and have had the Mule featured in issue #83. FIT also sponsor "V6 Vengance" owned by Scott Taylor, Deputy Editor of the SC Magazine. Scott has pretty much funded the whole development of the "V6 Vengance" project out of his own earnings, and the project is a credit to his determination and dedication. FIT saw an opportunity to help Scott with the future development of Vengance, when it was being decided whether to go supercharger or turbo. It was quite obvious the future potential of turbocharging in achieving unbelievable results, so FIT helped out where possible with the Turbo Manifolds and future developments.
