Converting Supercharged Ecotec to manual?

hello all, i am trying to get as much info on converting a factory supercharged ecotec to a manual.

The reason for doing so is i am in the process of collecting the bits i need to put a manual charged V6 into my LH TORANA.

Any help will be much appreciated!

I am also wanting to run the T5 cable clutch driven box. And is there any advantages/disadvantages on using the VS/VT/VY super 6 motors? is there a "better" one?

much of a muchness in engines really whatever is easiest to get ejukated has done manual S/C conversion of VS hes the one to talk too
