Default Heat Wrap, Anything i should know?

    Hey guys,

Two of my spark leads are melting on my turbo side manifold, someone suggested i wrap the manifold in heat wrap rather than trying to get some spark leads that would fit better.

Now, is there anything i should know?
How many mm wide is good?
How many mm thick should i get?
Would 10m be enough on average for one manifold?

    Anything else i should know?

Here's what im looking at on ebay:

Thanks for your help in advance guys

Also get hold of some heat protective sleeving from Pirtek(& probably other fitting stores) Its orange rubbery coating on the outside & a fiberous coating on the inside.

Heat wrapping works also just dont wrap it too thick near where it bolts too the head,High performance coating(jet hot,HPC etc Give Yourself The Competetive Edge!) would be better though.

The sleeving worked wonders on my ex turbo setup, cant remember how much it was around $50-$70 a metre i think, but it ends up being cheaper than new custom length leads every 2 months.
