Gas On A V6

I'm going to drop a v6 into my hilux for reliability reasons.

Is LPG worthwhile on the commodore v6's?

Anything special to consider?

Is Straight gas better than dual fuel?

i klnow the vn/p's like to sometimes blow the airboxes to pieces when you floor them while on gas, not sure why though.

i think vr or vs onwards dont do this

pretty much comes down to tune + ignition system.... Only time mine ever backfired is when i was due for new spark plugs or when my coil pack died


Straight gas is better then dual fuel but i like the flexability of having both + cant afford straight gas lol...
For everyday driving when your not thrashing, you will barely notice the power difference (well not enough that you would complain since you would be paying 1/3 the price of petrol)

I say do it gas has saved me so much money lol
