Default Lucas Oil Stabiliser- Any thoughts??

    Howdy,

Probably a bit late now but when I changed the oil over the weekend I added some Lucas Oil Statiliser. Has anyone else done this and noticed anything good/bad?

I realise it probably would have been a better idea to ask this BEFORE i put it in but there ya go. It's done.

I put it in a 202 VH 6cyl. And a little into the trimatic as per the instructions.

    Ta.

Haha, that's what I was thinking, I always give that a go when I'm waiting to be served. Only thing is, what is it like at temperature. I believe in regular oil changes with quality oil and no additives. The better ones will have all that blended in with it.
In saying that, I guess it cant hurt. (Unless you start using 'stop smoke' and 'stop leaks' which just clog the shit out of everything to the point it cant leak)

Yea i've never tried it in an engine either, most of those additives do have advantages just not usually to the point of what the manufacturer claims.
