was just wonderong why you have to get a engineers cert. if you get wheels 2" bigger then stock. for example if i wanted 18" vy ss wheels on my vl how much would it cost to get the engineers
btu are the vy ss wheels 18 or 17?
cheers
vy ss came with 18s but my brother has 17s so i guess you can get both.
sedan was 18's and the utes and wagons were 17's
I dont know the wheel laws in your state ring the coppers and ask how to do it legal n who to ring to find out more.
thanks guuys for the replies. any idea on the price i should be paying for the 18"s with good tyres say anywhere between 50% + and good wheel condition?
cheers
rough guess id say $800. no idea though.
and im pretty sure the law is 2 inches larger than standard size the car originally came with, including tires.
yeh thats what i heard it was 2" bigger and thats all its alowd without engineers. who will give me a engineers? any tyre shop of something?
cheers
