You need an LSD. Thats usually a good starting point. And then you need power to spin the wheels.

And I'm going to assume that burnout was on a private road/track or skidpad...

PS, VY S-Pac doesn't come factory with an LSD, it's an option.

Look under your car, if the diff tag says something like "High Performance" you have a single pegger. If it says "LSD" then well... i think you get the idea.

Are you sure it is an LSD? If it is, it may need repairing or replacing.

i wouldnt know if it has an lsd or not, but i have the traction control button and stuff which im guessing doesnt mean anything in this context.

i will have a look and find out what some numbers and stuff are on the diff

Would butting a diff from a SS make any difference?

Pretty sure the SS came with LSD standard so yeah... it would make a difference.

In regards to checking the diff.

You want to look at item (1) in the diagram below:

    If it says:

It is an LSD, if it says "High Performance" something or other, its a the factory NON LSD.

    Cheers

I had a look under the car this morning and there was nothing saying LSD or high performance at all.

I think I may have confussed myself with what an LSD does.

    What do LSD's do exactly?
