Mine was either 2 or 3 days

Mine took 3 weeks, because they were ****ing idiots, but done properly inside a week should be plenty.

Both me and my boss got 4l60e's rebuilt with kevlar bands, beast sun shell, billet bits and pieces. He had a stall done but i didnt. Both took 8 business days. Really good job.
His was done at advance trans in cranbourne. Mine was done in flemmington
Mate, this isn't answering your question, but will give you an idea how long it would take a novice to rip out a manual box, replace all the bearings, C clips and gaskets etc.
My first complete rebuild took just over 2 weeks by myself, no help at all, just working on flat ground.
That's taking a photograph of every piece during disassembly and reassembly.
If I had to do a rebuild now (VL MF5) it would probably take a day.
mine took about 6 years
